Q: What are the requirements to lease a suite 

Established clientele, a valid industry license in the state of Virginia, business license, general & professional liability insurance.

 

Q: What is the deposit?

Deposits are one month rent and includes a $300 non refundable administration fee. Each suite is priced according to size so prices may vary.

 

 

Q: Can I Customize my suite?

Yes, each suite will come in a standard white paint. You may decorate and paint as you like. It will have to be returned back to the original color at lease end, unless landlord states otherwise.

 

Q: How long is my lease?

Our lease agreement ranges from 12 -24 months.

 

Q: Is the Building Safe?

Our building is a controlled access building, and only clients with appointments will be buzzed into the building.

 

Q: What type of area is Belle Jeune located in? 

Belle Jeune is housed within the Hilton Village area of Newport News. A charming, historic neighborhood known for its walkability and family-friendly atmosphere. With a lovely community spirit and array of local restaurants.

Q: How do I reserve a suite?

Submit an inquiry form, call, text or email us! After your tour, submit a deposit to hold your suite. (Tours are by appointments only)

 

Q: How many suites are in the building?

We have a total of 5 suites. A Deluxe premium suite, 2 standard premium suite, one with double plumbing, and two full premium suites. We chose an intimate setting to steer away from the traditional salon feel. 

 

Q: When is rent due?

Rent is due weekly on Saturdays. Payments are made on our payment portal. 

 

Q: What is the demographic of the location? 

Located along Warwick Boulevard, near to Newport News Shipyard and the Hilton Village shopping district. Belle Jeune is a perfect location for established and developing businesses.

 

Q: Is Parking free?

Yes, we have a parking lot that covers the front of the building.
